2. Datenverarbeitung in der App

Punkball benötigt kein Benutzerkonto. Spielstände, Einstellungen, Audioeinstellungen, die gewählte Händigkeit, Lichtoptionen und Zähler für eine mögliche Bewertungsanfrage werden lokal im App-Container gespeichert.

Die App enthält keine Werbe-SDKs und keine Analyse-Tracker. Bewegungsprotokolle für Physik- und KI-Tests sind eine ausdrücklich aktivierte Entwicklungsfunktion, werden nur lokal gespeichert und sind im Release-Build deaktiviert.

3. App Store, Kauf und Bewertung

Download, Kauf, Wiederherstellung und die optionale Bewertungsanfrage werden über Apple Media Services beziehungsweise StoreKit abgewickelt. Dabei gelten Apples eigene Datenschutzbestimmungen. Apptheism erhält von Apple keine vollständigen Zahlungsdaten.

4. Website und Hosting

Diese Website wird über Cloudflare Pages und das Cloudflare-Netzwerk bereitgestellt. Zur sicheren und zuverlässigen Auslieferung können technische Verbindungsdaten verarbeitet werden, insbesondere IP-Adresse, Zeitpunkt, angeforderte URL, Referrer sowie Browser- und Geräteinformationen. Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO; unser berechtigtes Interesse liegt in einer sicheren, schnellen und stabilen Website.

Dienstleister ist Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. Für internationale Übermittlungen stellt Cloudflare unter anderem ein Datenverarbeitungsabkommen mit EU-Standardvertragsklauseln bereit. Die Website verwendet keine Analyse-, Werbe- oder Social-Media-Dienste, keine externen Schriftarten und kein Kontaktformular. Sie setzt keine Cookies. Die Sprachwahl wird ausschließlich als punkball.language im lokalen Speicher deines Browsers gespeichert. Du kannst diesen Eintrag über die Website-Daten deines Browsers löschen.

5. Speicherdauer und deine Rechte

Lokale App-Daten bleiben bis zur Löschung in der App oder zur Deinstallation erhalten. Website-Protokolle verarbeitet Cloudflare nach den dort geltenden Fristen. Dir stehen nach den gesetzlichen Voraussetzungen Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung, Datenübertragbarkeit und Widerspruch zu. Außerdem kannst du dich bei einer Datenschutz-Aufsichtsbehörde beschweren.

2. Processing in the app

Punkball does not require an account. Scores, settings, audio levels, handedness, light options and the counter used for a possible rating request are stored locally in the app container.

The app contains no advertising SDKs and no analytics trackers. Movement logs for physics and AI testing are an explicitly enabled development feature, are stored locally only, and are disabled in release builds.

3. App Store, purchase and rating

Download, purchase, restoration and the optional rating prompt are handled by Apple Media Services and StoreKit. Apple’s own privacy terms apply. Apptheism does not receive full payment details from Apple.

4. Website and hosting

This website is delivered through Cloudflare Pages and the Cloudflare network. Technical connection data may be processed to deliver the site securely and reliably, including IP address, time, requested URL, referrer, browser and device information. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is a secure, fast and stable website.

The service provider is Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. For international transfers, Cloudflare provides a data processing agreement that includes the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy and Cloudflare Data Processing Addendum.

The website uses no analytics, advertising or social-media services, no external fonts and no contact form. It sets no cookies. Your language choice is stored only as punkball.language in your browser’s local storage. You can remove it through your browser’s site-data controls.

5. Retention and your rights

Local app data remains until you delete it in the app or uninstall the app. Cloudflare processes website logs under its applicable retention periods. Subject to legal requirements, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. You may also lodge a complaint with a data-protection authority.
