Für Punkball gilt ergänzend Apples Standard-Endnutzer-Lizenzvertrag.
1. Nutzung der App
Für die Nutzung von Punkball gilt der Standard-Endnutzer-Lizenzvertrag (EULA) von Apple. Anbieter ist Jörg Klausewitz („Apptheism“), Fischmarkt 17, 78462 Konstanz. Du erhältst ein einfaches, nicht übertragbares Nutzungsrecht für Geräte, die deinem App-Store-Konto zugeordnet sind.
2. Kauf und Wiederherstellung
Punkball wird als einmaliger In-App-Kauf freigeschaltet. Preis, Abrechnung, Familienfreigabe und Erstattungen richten sich nach den im App Store angezeigten Bedingungen und den Regeln von Apple. Bereits erworbene Käufe können über die Wiederherstellungsfunktion erneut aktiviert werden.
3. Licht- und Audioeffekte
Das Spiel enthält helle, blinkende Lichteffekte und kräftige Audiosignale. Licht- und Audiostärken können in den Einstellungen reduziert beziehungsweise deaktiviert werden. Pausiere das Spiel bei Unwohlsein.
4. Anwendbares Recht
Es gilt deutsches Recht unter Ausschluss des UN-Kaufrechts, soweit dem keine zwingenden Verbraucherschutzvorschriften des Landes entgegenstehen, in dem du deinen gewöhnlichen Aufenthalt hast.
Apple’s Standard End User Licence Agreement also applies to Punkball.
1. Use of the app
Use of Punkball is governed by Apple’s Standard End User Licence Agreement (EULA). The provider is Jörg Klausewitz (“Apptheism”), Fischmarkt 17, 78462 Konstanz, Germany. You receive a personal, non-transferable right to use the app on devices associated with your App Store account.
2. Purchase and restoration
Punkball is unlocked through a one-time in-app purchase. Price, billing, Family Sharing and refunds are governed by the terms shown in the App Store and Apple’s rules. Previous purchases can be activated again through Restore Purchases.
3. Light and audio effects
The game contains bright, flashing light effects and strong audio cues. Light and audio levels can be reduced or disabled in Settings. Pause play if you feel unwell.
4. Governing law
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of habitual residence provide otherwise.
